    I was looking around for someone to inspect my home, and John from Integrity Property Inspections returned my call within 5-10 minutes of leaving a voicemail. My inspection was done the next two days. The availability and the quickness of scheduling was very important. I had two concerns regarding two areas of the home and Alberto called me to make sure he covered those two areas. Upon the completion of the inspection I received the inspection report within that same day. As professionals they spotted a lot of deficiencies that resulted from getting fixed as soon as it was noted. Very friendly staff and company. I definitely recommend.

    We just moved to Texas from Florida selling our house there and buying in Texas. We used this Amazing, trustworthy and very professional company to do a “pre-walkthrough inspection “ of the home we were purchasing.Well, we did our walkthrough later in the day with the realtor and builder’s rep and the house looked fantastic “in OUR eyes”.Did our errands and arrived home later in the day and checked our emails to find we had received the report on the home inspection. Well, to a trained and professional eye that house had quite a few flaws that needed “immediate” attention.Was my money ( $$$$ ) well spent? Most definitely!!! What will I do? I can talk and give LOUD and WONDERFUL reviews about Jeffery Michel, the owner of Integrity Property Inspections and his team of Inspectors (Walter Cornejo).If you have any doubt as to who to call because of trust issues, THIS IS NOT one of those businesses.Take the leap!!!     Home buying contracts usually have a 7-day termination option; you would think a 3-day holiday weekend would cause property inspection scheduling problems. Not so for Integrity. From calling to schedule, to inspection of property, to receiving the inspection report took less than 48 hours. The inspection was thorough revealing deficiencies not readily observed. The inspector Mario was courteous, professional, and well equipped with the tools necessary to test electrical circuitry, water pressure, heating and cooling systems, and much more. He took the time to explain the process, its limitations and emphasized the most urgent issues. The final report was detailed and allowed me to make a well-informed decision. I highly recommend Integrity and Mario to assess the condition of a property in an efficient and timely manner.

    My home inspection was scheduled for 0900. Our home is a new build, but werent expecting many issues if any, but rather be safe then sorry. When I arrived, Mr.Alberto Salinas had already begun performing his inspection. The areas inspected were Structural Systems, Electrical Systems, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems, Appliances, and Landscape Irrigation Systems( which we didnt know we had). We also opted for a Sewer Inspection and Termite Inspection. Mr. Salinas had a great attitude and was willing to answer any questions that I had. After the inspection, he advised me of anything that he saw needed immediate attention and things that were considered normal. I appreciated Mr. Salinas attention to detail and recommend Integrity Inspections to anyone needing a home or sewer inspection.

It was so efficient to schedule an inspection appointment over the phone 🙂.A senior inspector 🧐 named Chad promptly came out to my property 🏡 as scheduled at 9 AM last Wednesday to comprehensively inspect the functionality of my property.     I had this company inspect my house several years ago, we are currently about to sell our house and the new buyer got a different company to come and do their inspection.Let me tell you inspection companies are not created equal. Integrity property inspections went above and beyond on the inspection vs what I recently saw.     I just had my home inspection yesterday I was nervous I didnt know what to except. I was very fortunate that I had Tim and he answered all of my questions and he gave me great tips.     My inspector is as mario and he was amazing! Very thorough and he found things that I would not have caught. It was money well spent and now i can purchase my new build with a peace of mind.All of the items he found will be fixed by the builder prior to my closing date. The inspection was long and i had to leave after almost two hours but i trusted mario will continue to do his job thoroughly and he did! Inspection report was 29 pages long with pictures of all the deficiencies , which makes it easier for me to understand. Will definitely be contacting them again in the future.Edit 2024 now and i am purchasing another property. Walter did a great job finding issues with the home, jose conducted my Re inspection and the builder fixed every item on the report! Definitely will continue to use this business for a peace of mind!.

This worked out perfectly for me, I lived close to my new property and the earlier the better, it was a Saturday after all.Walter was on site before I got there and took me through the entire inspection. He pointed out deficient areas, took the time to explain the process, what he’s looking for and tools he was using. Everything took roughly 2 and a half hours to complete on a two story, 1800 sq foot home.Integrity and Walter made me feel at ease about concerns I had with the quality of construction work.     Im so pleased in how professional Tim was. We are first time home owner. Tim was very detailed he took the time to educate me about maintenance that is required to keep the house in great shape.     I will say this, in case you don’t want to read my experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INTEGRITY!!!I read lots of reviews before going with Integrity, and now I must post my own. To schedule an appointment, I called and spoke with Ms. Laurie. She is professional, personable, understanding, has a great sense of humor, and does what she can to make customers happy. I explained my situation, which I needed a complete home inspection in a couple of days. Ms. Laurie quickly got me an appointment that fit my relator’s schedule and time with no problem. Next, I needed a termite inspection since there were communication problems between my realtor and me. I called the day before my full home inspection to schedule a termite inspection. Once again, Ms. Laurie was all over it! She was able to get the inspections scheduled at the same time. I paid for both through Zelle, which was easy and free of charge. I also paid in advance, and before the end of the day, I received both reports.Since I was not available for the inspections, I called to ask about a couple of things from the home report. I was provided with my inspector’s contact number, and this is where things get good. Mr. Luis is a Blessing. He went over the report line by line so that I knew what he meant. We spoke for a while since everything is new to me. I do not do home repairs, but he had no issues explaining things slowly so I could take notes and fully understand. I asked if they had references or knew some businesses who could assist with roofing and exterior wall repairs. I received a long list of companies shortly after our phone call. This list is beneficial because I wasn’t sure where to start.Back to Mr. Luis, before hanging up, he was very sincere and stated that he understood the report is a lot and can seem overwhelming. If I needed any more help, do not hesitate to call him. I was a bit stressed, but those final words made me feel so much better. I am currently out of the country and appreciate him for taking my call and explaining things. I called after 5 pm for him, and I know we spoke for at least 45-60 mins. His patience and willingness to help say a lot about him professionally and personally. I could not have asked for a better team of professionals.One more awesome thing, I received an email that offers free conceige services with a full home inspection. Help with transferring utilities, internet, home security, cable, and more.     Gave integrity a call on a Monday and my inspection was done Thrusday. They send you an email with the picture of the inspector which I thought was a great gesture so you know who to expect.
