Leonard is an excellent inspector who provides thorough home inspections and works hard to help home buyers - especially those who dont deal in real estate every day - understand what the home inspection means. He has spent a great deal of time with my clients showing them the issues he observed in the houses they were buying. He speaks plainly and doesnt use techno-babble when helping home owners understand the issues hes flagged. He gets out to the inspections quickly and delivers the reports quickly, too.

What I appreciated most was the fact that he walked me through every element of the inspection, giving me a sense for how to prioritize things, what to address now and what can wait. He speaks in plain terms and connected me with reputable contractors to address issues.

Outstanding service. He has performed inspections for several Realtors in our office. He does residential (in town and rural areas) as well as commercial inspections. He covers a good amount of West Texas and will coordinate with Pest Inspectors to make sure that you get 100% customer service. Top notch and detailed oriented.
