He also took the time to answer all my questions when we reviewed his report and worked with our foreman to make sure all the issues were taken care of.     I am recently purchasing a resale home and was referred to Inspector Pros by a coworker and I couldn’t be anymore pleased with their work and professionalism. It did not take long for them to reach out after initial contact was made and was able to schedule an inspection within a week which was very helpful considering we had limited time to provide inspection reports to the sellers. The report was received the same day of the inspection. It came with pictures and videos of all the items picked up during the time of the inspection.     They have inspected my new home build and thanks to them we found more issues than we wanted. Thankfully we were able to get our builders to agree and fix what was found and they are able to come back on short notice to re inspect. They are courteous, polite, answer all questions, and noted every detail with photos. The best money you can spend when purchasing a house is on these inspectors! Hopefully our re inspection comes back clean. Either way I am surely going to reinspect the house before my warranty is up with them. They are fantastic!Update they have come back to reinspect my home after the builders claimed to have fixed everything on the list. They still found 14 unfinished items.     I used Inspector Pros for my 11-month warranty inspection; the entire experience was absolutely great! Starting off with their office staff - they were prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. Even if they didnt know the answer, they checked on it right away, which I appreciate. Scheduling was easy, signing the paperwork was seamless, as well as payment. And the inspection itself with John was absolutely fantastic! Hes very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, thorough, and very personable. He started off by asking about my main concerns, and kept me updated during the whole inspection. He even found items that our last inspector missed.. including a potential fire hazard! It wouldve been super beneficial to have hired John from the start (pre-drywall and final inspection before moving in). But Im extremely thankful to have found him now! Hes Internachi certified, has passed the NHIE, and possesses his Texas license as well, and answered all of my questions with keen knowledge and made me aware of items I didnt know about. I felt very comfortable with John and the entire team, and I highly recommend him.     I had an annual inspection done at my house and Im glad I did. The inspector found a plumbing issue in the attic that could have caused a lot of damage. I was given a detailed report and pictures of the leaky pipe were provided. If youre looking for a detailed inspector hire these guys 100% recommend

    I am currently building a my dream home. I was supposed to close by now but I wanted to ensure that my home was going to be deficiency free. Like many of you, I knew hiring a private inspector was smart, but I wasnt thinking that I would end up telling myself that was the the least amount of money I spent though this process of building a home, but it was by far most worth it.On Tuesday April 4th, John and his order brother came to the property to conduct an inspection. This was the second inspection done on the home within days. Both brothers got to work and they both found so many deficiency, both unfinished and poorly dont work on the property. I couldnt believe all the stuff they found considering that this was the second inspection done on the house and the first inspector didnt see or just didnt make note of all those other deficiency.They took pictures of everything from the roof to the foundation. I am so glad they were able to help because some if not most of what they found were safety concerns and couldve caused issues within months of me moving in my newly built home. Its safe to say that I save so much money in the future by just trusting a small family business to lead me considering I know know nothing about what they do. Lets not even talk about how professional they were. They also pointed out other cosmetic issues in the home that I didnt notice and Im grateful because my building is currently getting all those fixed (well so they say). I close in 7 days, and I will be using this company again to reinspect my home to ensure that the building fixed everything like they promised.If you are building a new home or buying a previously own home, I encourage you to get it inspected. Your cant go wrong supporting a business whose so invested in ensuring that their customers are well taken care of. My mother is so hard to please shes a perfectionist and she wants everything done correctly and she was super satisfied with their service. They walked me around the home and showed me everyththing, what its for and how to use them correctly. Im not even sure if that was apart of their job to go the extra mile but they did all that. Thanks for a good experience. Yall can thank me later.
