Even though they had to drive over 100 miles one way they didnt charge me for having to come out twice.Beyond the scheduling the service and details provided were top notch. They were very professional and thorough. My house offer was accepted on a Saturday and I was under a time crunch. They were able to schedule me within my time frame. They checked everything which makes me feel confident that Im buying a quality house. Bryce also took photos of any trouble areas with their recommendations. Insp Gator also checks well water and septic tanks, which was important to me. Definitely worth the price for the peace of mind you will receive.

When calling to set up inspections, Meagan was a great help. She was friendly, professional and made the stressful situation at ease. She went over all the inspections, what they are for and helped me decide which ones I needed for the home I was interested in purchasing. My first inspector Bryce was very professional and covered and answered all my questions. The only thing I would recommend on that inspection, when he covered a issue my husband went to look at where and what he was referring to. . Instead of walking with my husband to show him Bryce continued on talking about inspection to me. I would of preferred him show husband then go on to the next in report. Bryce did a great job helping with the first inspection, however the house fell through. Thanks for the great job BryceMrs OlsonI found another House and called Inspection Gator back to inspect new home interested in purchasing. Meagan again was great. She set up the appointment that was convenient for us. I asked for a new inspector to get new mojo for new house. Meagan set up Keith. He was wonderful. He walked around the home and covered everything. We are new to area and dont know who to call for other services. Keith recommended I call Derek at Gator, who might know some electrician and other professionals. You were great Keith and we enjoyed working with you.Derek was very helpful in referring me to two electrician on their company site.I called Jason Lott , he was very gracious coming out, however he didnt get me the proposal he asked Michelle to send so I would know how much money it was going to cost. Jason said he really didnt want the business to rewire the whole house and I never heard from them again, he said he would at least get a quote I needed but Michelle never sent or returned my call. I appreciate him letting me know he didnt want the job but Michelle could of at least sent the quote.I called the other electrician referred from Derek. Electrician Chris Anthony we set up for him to come out on Tuesday. I never got a return text or phone call. Guess he didnt need or want the business either.I then called the general contractor Derek referred me to. TXK Builders, he said he only works M-F and explained the importance of getting quotes to my lender. He was gracious enough to come out Saturday to meet with us. Jerry was extremely helpful and getting me quotes to send to lender . He went above and beyond to get me the quote today in order for me to close the house. He is doing it on Saturday which he doesnt work on Saturday. I really appreciate him coming out on Saturday and working me up a quote on Sunday so I can close on the house. I would recommend his company. He was upfront when he could do the work and honest what he could and couldnt do for the jobs I was wanting. Thanks JerryGator was very helpful but need to check the professionals on their list to see if they even want or need work? Its very frustrating to have contractors say they will get with you, then never hear from them.I highly recommend Gator, but I personally didnt have good response from his contractor list except TXK Builders. During the inspection, I had a few requests that the inspector, Brian, was very accommodating on. This home inspection was about 45 minutes from Texarkana. I appreciated his time, effort, attention to detail, promptness, and discussion after the inspection to explain all of the issues he found.I am also a Realtor. I deal with lots of home inspectors and this company and inspector has been hands down the most professional, straight-forward, home inspectors I have seen.

I think it was worth the money.

Very professional and friendly people, starting with the phone call in to schedule the inspection. Jessica explained everything to me breaking down the service I needed, pricing and my concerns. Talked on the phone with her for 20 minutes like she was a family member. Derek did the home inspection and WOW I was amazed with his eye for detail and quality work. After the inspection was finished he took another 45 minutes with me walking around the property telling me his concerns and answering questions about my concerns. Later that evening i received a 48 page inspection full of pictures with explanations and red marking circling the problem and recommended action needed. Very professional inspector. My husband was in a wheel chair and the inspector not only helped me get him in the house, but wheeled him from room to room so he could see all the items.
