As a REALTOR we have a trusted set of inspectors we refer clients to see. When a client goes off this list and we shop up to the inspection its a hold on for dear life as we have no idea what we will get. We were pleasantly surprised to find that John Seale one of your staff was professional, educated, kind, diligent and honest. He explained why the inspection is done, how, inspectors cannot see everything on the day they are there, how the report works, how the software works. He took time to show the issues to the client and answer any questions they had about those items. Never once did he scare the client or tell them the house was falling apart. He called to their attention what was needed and showed them how to access this information later. I was impressed. We would welcome John Seale on any of our listings or buyer inspections again.

I have purchased several homes in my life. Each time I used an inspector to check the home before buying the home. I can honestly say this company provided one of the most thorough, if not the most thorough, inspection I have ever received. Also, they offered to call me at the end of the inspection and walk me through all of their findings. Last, they provided both an extremely detailed report and a summary report. The summary report was perfect to send to the seller. And the detailed report even had videos! Right, videos!! Who does that. So cool. Anyway, this is a great company to ask to complete your next home inspection. A friend of mine used to tell me, Two things you never want to be cheap on, sushi and surgery. Both will get you in trouble quick if they arent done right. Well, I will add a third thing to the list, dont go cheap on a home inspection. While they may not be the cheapest, they are probably the best I have ever dealt with. You are buying a multi-hundred thousand dollar (maybe the most expensive item you buy in your life), why do you want to save $100 for a cheap report when an extremely thorough report can pay for itself 100 times over!
