I have trusted Neil with now 3 inspections. The first one being for new construction which he has demonstrated expertise in identifying common builder errors with major home builder companies. I trusted him to do our 1 year warranty inspection & now for an older house we are under contract with.The reports are straight forward, thorough & easy to understand. With how much detail in these reports, it’s amazing that he’s able to deliver within the next day. We were able to get repairs with our current house under warranty thanks to his diligence. I upgraded the inspection I got for our potential new house & it’s worth every penny.If you’re looking for an inspector who is passionate about his work & not just trying to help a real estate transaction run smoother, this is your guy!! Our home is one-story, pier and beam. We hired Neil to perform interior foundation elevations work, i.e., he utilized specific equipment to denote the elevations of dozens of points in various rooms relative to a set reference point. After dealing with more than 1/2 dozen inspectors over the course of 9 days - Neil was, without a doubt, the most communicative. While we understand everyone is busy in their lives with work and family - Neils mutual understanding and respect for same as well as his thoroughness with regards to the transfer of information (re: his services) to potential clients - made the process seamless. Basically, it was one phone call; we discussed our needs; he discussed what he could offer; we discussed a time which would appease both parties; the cost of the services and we were done. Neil texted me when he was 45 minutes out. He was respectful of our home and was as communicative and informative in person as he was on the telephone. He performed the required services without issue, thoroughly and timely. I would most definitively hire Neil again without reservation.

Neil did excellent job inspecting the home I was about to purchase in late March. He spent more than 3 hours performing the inspection and issued a very professional and detailed report within 12 hour time frame. His professionalism, knowledge and quality of work earned my 5 star rating. Today I wanted to come back to add another 5 star for Neil’s unparalleled after inspection service! Upon the closing, we discovered some water stain/damage on one of the walls that was previously concealed by furniture. With some hesitancy (after all, that was more than 40 days after Neil’s inspection), I texted Neil asking him if it’s possible for him to come over to help take look the issue. Neil replied my text within minutes and asked if the house was accessible, and when I said yes, he showed up at the door in just about 15 minutes (that was already after 6pm, dinner time)! He did very thorough inspection and explained his assessment on the issue and emailed me with a detailed note for my record. His rates were more than reasonable and he was very flexible with my schedule and the limited time frame I had to do an inspection. My husband and I are in the process of buying a new inventory home and were told by the builder that an inspection wasn’t needed because it was a “new construction” nonetheless I went ahead and contracted Neil for the inspection. He was punctual, thorough and provided the report within an hour of finalizing the inspection. He was able to find code violations and other problems that the builder overlooked.
