I contacted I & O inspections via Yelp on Friday he responded within the hour. He sent over documents to sign and we scheduled an appt at my house for a warranty inspection. Monday morning 9a and he was there early at 840a. Jerry is very thorough and advises what he is doing, and is going to do, and why. Jerry spent approximately 2 and half to three hours at my home.I am confident in his finds, and that I had a well built home, and good builder and should not have any problems for years to come.If you need a warranty inspection, definitely call Jerry!RW -

I hired I and O Inspections because in the coming months, Im going to put my home on the market. They were able to pinpoint areas of my home that needed work before listing. This will enable me to list my home for top dollar. The inspector arrived on time, ready to work and inspected my home in a timely manner. He was courteous while inside my home and went over the inspection with me after it was complete. Iβm confident that because of his inspection, my home will sell without any issues. -

I got Referall to I & O inspection for house inspection. Jerry is very professional! Worked on every details! And very patiently to explain to me! Excellent service! And he works very effectively! The report is great and comes out in one day! They offered best price I could get! And even give me all the pics in a USB! Very satisfied the service and highly recommended!
