Bill completed our inspection and the owner’s communication was great too. They were able to schedule us literally the next day. One thing I appreciate that other inspectors have not done is take their time with us during our walk through and answer every question we had. We did not feel rushed or inconvenienced. I also liked that they were able to do an aerobic septic inspection, which was an additional fee, but I know some inspectors don’t even know how to complete those.

We were very happy with the service we received from HomeTeam!1. They were quick and easy to schedule. We learned on Sunday afternoon that our offer had been accepted on the house and our realtor contacted HomeTeam later that day. We were very pleased that HomeTeam was able to come out the next day for our inspection. This is always nice but really stood out to us because we were moving from out of town and were flying out late Monday so we were extremely pleased that we would be there for the walk through.2. We added on a termite inspection (the seller had reported previous termites that had been addressed and we wanted peace of mind that was truly an issue of the past) and had heard that sometimes it is the same inspector who does this and he / she isnt necessarily an expert at termites / insects. We were very pleased to see that HomeTeam brings a seperate termite expert to complete this inspection, he was present at the same time but looking at different things and completed a separate report. He was extremely thorough and we were happy with his report.3. Dale (our inspector) did a great job with the walk through. He was great about delineating between what was par for the course but something he had to disclose versus what was something we should have looked into further. Basically, he told me when to worry versus when not to, something I greatly appreciated!Overall, HomeTeam was fantastic and we were very happy with the quality of their inspection services.
