    First time ever using a inspector was flawless. Gene and his crew were to my home a whole hour earlier. Very professional, knowledgeable and left no stone unturned. Ive heard from many people buying a house can be stressful but this was stress free and informative. These guys had an answer for every question my wife and I asked (No matter how obvious lol). Walked us and physically showed us the issues they noticed. Above all the report of the inspections was sent back very fast and very detailed, wording they used was something these first time buyers could read and comprehend.
