    Called James Hudson on a Sunday and he was able to schedule a new home construction inspection on the following Wednesday. He took the time to walk the property with me and point out what he had found and explained everything very well. The report was top notch and had photos showing what needed to be fixed and even had suggestion on how to fix them.We have two more phase inspections coming up and will use James for both. I Highly recommend him.

    Jeff is simply awesome. He walked me through, on the overalls, on how the process works, making sure I understand, what is super important, and what are nice to haves. He made time to help me understand the little nuances, what is the right way to setup things, and what would be the impact of not doing stuff the correct way.     I showed up as the inspector, Jeff, was soon to complete the house inspection. He greeted me and introduced himself as soon as he came out of the attic. Jeff, was professional and thorough in addressing my initial questions. He went through all details of his report and findings. I was offered as much time as needed for asking questions and receiving answers. Jeff was clear about particular areas that would require an expert to fully assess. I felt confident in his abilities, in his honesty, and in knowing how to proceed with an expert assessment for the areas of potential concern. Ive had previous experiences with house inspectors. I can confidently say that Jeff was significantly more comprehensive than others in completing my house inspection. Should I need a future house inspector, I will readily request Jeffs assistance.

    I can’t add another review so adding to my initial review from a year ago:3/10/24 I used Home Run on my new build for my initial home buying inspection and for my 1 year inspection. Both times they were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! They detailed everything on their report in a way that was easy for me to present to the builder and for the builder to follow up and make necessary repairs.I would especially like to note how important it was for me to add the sewer line inspection. The added cost was SO insignificant compared to the $14k repair that was needed based on the inspection findings. Thankfully Home run found it and gave me all of the info I needed to submit it to the builder for warranty repair. It helped me save out of pocket expenses down the road AND the frustration of plumbing issues that could have been caused. This was in addition to the rest of their findings that the builder responded to and repaired promptly.All in all, the initial inspection and the warranty inspection saved me tens of thousands of dollars and gave me peace of mind in my homeHome Run was very helpful from initial call to providing the final report. They are professional, helpful, timely, and thorough. Buying a home is a big purchase and a big investment, you want to make sure you have the best support guiding you through the buying process including inspection. Home Run puts your best interest as the buyer first, helping give you peace of mind knowing exactly what you’re buying, including what is working well and what needs attention. The builder provided a inspection but my wife and I decided to hire a 3rd party inspector.
