I called Tim on a Friday morning to set up an inspection on the next day. He was considerate enough to squeeze it in on such short notice. After his inspection, he walked us through each of his findings and explained everything to us in great detail. The inspection itself was very thorough and Tim answered all the questions we had. I used Tim on two occasions, and both were great experiences. I would definitely use him in the future as well. One inspection, he fit me in his schedule due to my timeline, and the other inspection he was out the very next morning. His reports are so easy to read and lay everything out in extreme detail - which I love! He is open and honest with any question you have, especially being a first time home buyer. I have his number saved for any future questions once we move in to our new home, and he assured me that he is willing and able to answer any questions that I may have. He always answers his phone too; I have never had to wait on a call back from him. Loved using Home Pro and Tim is a pleasure to work with!

After having a home inspection for a house we were purchasing that just didn’t seem thorough enough, my husband and I decided to seek further help. I called several companies, but it was Thursday night at 8pm and we only had one more day to complete any inspections. We needed someone fast!!!Tim actually answered the phone, and spoke with us for 20 minutes about our concerns. He agreed to meet us at noon the next day at the property. What a lifesaver!He met with us the next day and provided us priceless info about the home we are about to spend the rest of our lives in. I couldn’t believe he was so fair and inexpensive!We don’t do many reviews...
