Ross was so helpful. We expressed concerns about the foundation before the inspection so he went straight for the basement. Reported bowing in the walls and structural issues that show there is still active movement in the foundation. This made the property an immediate no for us. We got to pay $150 instead of the $390 we were quoted for the inspection, and for our money got a report that let us out of our offer contract. These people are efficient, skilled and honest. Highly recommend.

Theres nothing but positive things to say about Kevin and his company. This is was my first experience with a home inspection and he made the entire process easy to understand. Kevin would explain what we were about to do it, and then go into great detail about what he was finding, while also making it easy to digest for someone without experience. Inspection Kevin arrived a little earlier than scheduled which worked good. He told me exactly how the inspection will go, exterior to interior. I could ask as many questions as i wanted. After each area, he told me issues whether big or small. I liked that he gave me his professional opinion. As a first time home buyer, i value input from those who are in the business as if this were your home, what would you do, etc... So i am very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I had Home Inspection Professionals inspect a house before I bought it. Chris did the inspecting and was very friendly, thorough, and patient with explaining things. As a first-time home buyer I had a lot of questions, but Chris did a great job helping me understand everything. He provided me with a very detailed report via email, including pictures, which I received within just a few hours of the inspection. I also had Kyle come out and do a sewer scope because there are a lot of trees around the house. Again, very thorough and professional. When he tried to scope it, he said I needed to have the sewer line cleaned out first because there was a blockage. Kyle took the time to explain the everything on the phone to my dad, in addition to providing me with a detailed email with his observations. Home Inspection Professionals gave me a list of recommended plumbing companies to clean out the line for me, and then Kyle came back and finished the job. I learned a lot about my house from this company and would recommend them to anyone!

Had Benny inspect a house I was purchasing. Very thorough and walked me through everything he was doing and everything that they look for in a house. Shared a lot of knowledge of what to expect with houses of that age, type, and area, and told me what I should be concerned about and what isnt as concerning. Even shared a few DIY tips on how to fix things like a small crack in the ceiling. Knowledgeable on all the codes and what needed to be updated in order to be in compliance with local codes. Would recommend.

I had Home Inspection Professionals do my inspection before purchasing a home. Benny Ferlito was on time, professional and knowledgeable. We did a walk around of the house and almost immediately found a major fault in the brick that extended to the foundation that the owners had not disclosed and attempted to cover up with new hedges.His sharp eye saved me from buying a lemon and spending 20k+ in repairs. Cant recommend them enough and they will definitely be doing my next inspection.

I have had Kevin and home inspection professional do multiple inspections for me over the years. can’t say enough of how great and professional they are. highly recommended!Before i found them i used a company home master or something like that. that other company the guy kept checking out my back door and was kinda grabby. made me really feel uncomfortable. They also had there buddy’s come to do the inspection totally unprofessional. i felt like i was the only things being inspected. Guy smelled like he was hitting it hard all night at the Maleboxxx.But anyway I wouldn’t make the mistake of using anyone again home inspection professionals.
