Dan Hitt - used him recently 2 weeks ago for my 11 th month inspection 🧐 - His style of work friendly attitude and kindness in explaining key details after his thorough walkthrough is Exceptional - I was working and for the 2.5 hrs he did his job didn’t needed me for a single thing - His Report was explicit that my construction manager accepted all of his recommendations AS Published. His humility and explaining things to dummy level was both inspiring and Valuable - Definitely 💯

Dan did an amazing job with my inspection. He was easy to communicate with prior to the appointment, and showed up on time. He did an extremely thorough job on the house, and wrote a highly detailed report. He educated me on a lot of aspects of my home the builder didnt, and caught a lot of issues for my 11th month inspection that Im very grateful I can get tickets in on. He explained everything to me, and I feel confident I can reach back out if I need any more clarification. I just wish I had hired him before I moved in, I could have gotten so many more things done correctly!

Dan was such a great 3rd party home inspector. He was highly recommended by my Facebook HOA group (20+ people). I was due for my 11 month home warranty inspection. He had plenty of availability, was responsive through email, text, and phone call. His pricing was completely fair. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and the icing on top was that my two toddlers followed him everywhere throughout the house and he was happy to answer all of their 15,000 questions! I probably should have paid him for childcare.The end result was a full inspection report, a summarized list that I could send to my warranty company, and a complete 1 on 1 walk through of everything that I had concerns, questions, or just general interest about. He caught what I could not see or did not know.I give my full recommendation for Dan Hitt Home Inspections. It was a wonderful business experience.

Dan is my go to inspector when my client need inspection. On my record he never miss big problem on the home. And some times he goes extra miles to get job done. One time my he found one of the home we were under contract has small gas leak but sellers plumber couldnt find it, He even go back to the home to point the leak to the plumber. All my clients are satisfied with him. And as a real estate agent, i highly recommend Dan to anyone who needs a home inspection

Setting up a home inspection was an easy process and Dan was able to accommodate our schedule. Not only did he arrive early, but he stayed late to answer all of our questions and walk us through the nuts and bolts of our new home. Although the inspection took place at night, we had a thorough report in our inbox the next morning, complete with pictures and detailed explanations. Dan was incredibly professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were knowledgeable about the home we were buying and how to maintain it once we moved in.

I have used Dan as inspector as part of 1 year warranty inspection.He was so professional and thorough. He even took his shoes off as he came inside to inspect my home. He was detailed and provided short summary with list of issues so we can give that list to Builder.. I was able to contact him and ask more questions even after inspection is done... i highly recommended him for doing inspection... thanks Dan.

Dan was one of the most thorough people I’ve ever worked with. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased a home and gone through the process of inspection. He was very pleasant to work with and extremely helpful in explaining the process he goes through and the detailed report of findings with me. He was even kind enough to take his shoes off in the house going into all the rooms with brand new carpet and floors. His level of attention to detail was remarkable and would very highly recommend him for future home inspections. You will not be disappointed and the price is very competitive for the amount of work performed during and after the inspection. I will also be using him for a follow up to make sure everything was covered from the seller!!

Mr. Hitt is knowledgeable and professional. He showed up early and stayed a little bit later because my young kids were curious and talked to him for a bit. He spotted several things that I would have never known to look for and gave me great advice about general home maintenance. Mr. Hitt knows his trade and his report is very detailed. I also loved the summary page which helped me keep track of everything he found in an easy and organized manner. This all, along with his years of experience, came at a fair price without any up-charges etc. The report was delivered in a timely manner. There is not much more than I can ask for and I would definitely work with Mr. Hitt again.

I waited until 30 days after we had moved in to review Mr Hitts services. Having been here for a month Mr Hitts reports was thorough and complete. We have not encountered any issues he had not already noted. His detailed report with photographs was very helpful as a new homeowner when starting a maintenance to do list as well as things to keep an eye on. Thank you Mr Hitt.
