    Jim and Jodi Henderson were both such pleasures to work with. We are moving from out of state and are first-time home buyers, so we were nervous about everything that comes with buying and owning a house.     Very happy with our inspection! James was very thorough during our one year warranty inspection. He made sure he had the report the way our builder wanted it, which was extremely helpful. He was also very friendly and was great with our dog, who adores new people and tried following him everywhere. We have an autistic 2 yr old, who has a lot of sensory needs, so he worked around our schedule. He also explained everything he was doing and when it was going to be loud so that we could take our daughter and dog outside. Highly recommend him!

    Jim was great! He was very responsive whenever I made my first inquiry and whenever I called. He was able to get out to our house in timely manner to do our inspection and he was very thorough. He went over everything with us in depth and made sure we understood everything that he had marked and why. I like that we got a copy of everything with pictures that were color coded, which made it a lot easier for us to send to the sellers so we could convince them to fix anything that Jim circled! Overall he was great and we will use him again when we are ready to buy another house!!

    Mr. and Mrs. Henderson was such a pleasure to work with!! They are always so responsive to my questions and always made sure to keep me well informed about every part of the process. My husband and I purchased a home that is 5 hours away from the city we currently live in but the service we were provided by this company was above and beyond our expectations. They made sure to make it very stress free. They coordinated with the construction manager with inspection dates and areas in need of attention. Mr. Henderson even made an additional stop by my home to take pictures and called me to tell me he was just in the area and wanted to give me updates. This brought me so much joy because I don’t get to see the home until I move in so the extra pictures he sent me were such a treat! We received our inspection reports the same day and were very detailed to include pictures and a copy was always sent to the construction manager. I definitely recommend Henderson Home Inspection 100 times over. I will make sure to use Henderson for other services they provide in the future.

    First home inspection I ever had to get so I don’t have a lot to compare to.Jim was responsive, flexible, on time, informative about the process, set the right expectations upfront concerning the time needed and remained professional throughout.Had I not hired Jim to perform the inspection prior to the builder (Pulte/Centex Homes) coming out to do their own 11 month warranty inspection, I would never know there was a gaping softball sized hole in the side of my house leading from the attic space to the outside. This explains a lot in regard to the extra exterminator visits and high heating and cooling bills.Unfortunately my new home needs repairs; however thanks to calling Jim Henderson at Henderson Home Inspection, I at least have the evidence to show the builder who is responsible for fixing this.I will restate, this is the first experience for me dealing with home inspectors, yet I was happy enough with the experience that I promptly recommended Henderson to my neighbor, who I will just say was glad that I did.

    A family owned business I enjoyed working with. I would recommend them to neighbors, friends and use again In the future if I have to. Jim and Jodie are nice and kind. Jodie was quick to set up the appointment and was thorough with what I needed to do on my end. She explain things well and told what to expect. When Jim came he went straight to work. He was thorough unlike like most other inspectors I read reviews on. They are at a fair price that other companies can’t beat. Jim also mentioned something that meant a lot that you just don’t hear. He said something along the lines of, ”I’m not here to get rich off you. I’m here for you and your family.” Took me by surprise. It took him like 3 hours or so if I remember correctly until he finished. Which is better than 30 minutes like a lot of companies I’ve read reviews on. He gave my wife and I a complete work up of our home and what he recommends us doing. I totally appreciate your business Jim and Jodie.     Jim took amazing care of me, I had him out for a pre purchase inspection on a very worn down home that I was preparing to buy and rebuild. Prior to buying I wanted to be sure I had good bones in the house and a second set of eyes to ensure I didnt miss anything. Jim came out and found issues I hadnt seen and reassured me on things being solid where I thought. He helped me find a termite issue being worse than I thought so I could use it as a negotiation point on the purchase and so I was aware of what I had to do. Then Jim referred me to an amazing pest control company who came out same day to help me review and plan for solutions should I buy the home. Jim was amazing, professional, and very punctual. I will use him again in the future and would definitely recommend him.

    Henderson Home Inspection went above and beyond my expectations. We found them through Home Advisor and submitted an inquiry for a quote. Jim called my husband that same day. You could tell he was very knowledgeable about his business. Fast forward to our inspection day (bc we of course booked with them), I was the only one who could make it to the home inspection as my husband and I are moving from out of town, and Jim was so personable and thorough when explaining the inspection to me. As a woman I was scared of being talked down to or passed over if I had questions, but Jim didnt do that at all. He treated me with respect and no question was off limits. As a first time home owner this made me feel good as well. The inspection was well presented with pictures of every problem area he saw. He gave a great in person presentation of the picture slideshow but also emailed to you so you could have the pictures and notes to view again on your own later.     With propertys being sold at a furious pace, its a good time to be a home inspector.....problem is that every inspector is booked up.Henderson Home Inspection understood our situation with trying to close a negotiation for a 11 acre property with a 22 yr old manufactured home.Even though booked solid, The Henderson team found a way to accommodate us by getting the inspection complete several days in advance of the next available date.The report was provided the same day as the inspection to give us time to get estimates for repairs in order to negotiate the price of the property.As a builder, I was very impressed with the clear and detailed description of the report accompanied with good photos to backup the narrative.My wife and I was very grateful for the service and would highly recommend Henderson Home Inspection for those who value true customer service.

    As a retired real estate professional, I understand the importance and value of having a professional inspect even a new build project. We engaged Mr. Henderson to conduct the pre-drywall inspection and are very happy with the results. It is most important to find any construction errors and/or omissions before the sheetrock stage covers them up.Even though the builder is a quality home builder, they rely on subs and cannot catch every miscue or mistake. Were pleased to report that the few issues that Jim Henderson found were mostly minor and the builder is going to rectify, soon.
