Lindsey was absolutely amazing. She was thorough with her inspection (which everyone should want in an inspector) and patient with me (as a hopeful new home owner means so much). I had friends with me at the time and they LOVED her as well, making remarks like “wow, she is good.” I will never not recommend Lindsey and GreenWorks. I know with her on my side, I am secure with my real estate endeavors. I hope to be able to work with her in the future.

Jermaine at Greenworks did a very thorough inspection of the property. I wasnt able to be there in person, so he very patiently explained all the issues that he found, what we could do about them, and what the impacts could mean, all over the phone. The documentation was extremely useful with clear pictures and explanations. Jermaine was efficient and kind. I would definitely recommend the service.

I got a new construction package with GreenWorks Inspection for my pre closing and 11th month inspection. James Spivey came for my 11th month inspection and he is awesome with everything. He took care of every minor issue that he observed and filed it in the report. Post the inspection he gave us a detailed walkthrough about the inspection report. He is very patient in explaining every concern of us. Highly recommend.

Greenworks sent John out to provide the residential structural inspection. John was super knowledgeable, transparent and honest, but also funny and respectful, a rare combo. He was friendly to our dog but kept his focus on the work and finished in a fair amount of time while walking us through the findings. Would definitely recommend John and Greenworks for structural revisions!!

He took pains to walk me through the inspection process highlighting key issues that could impact the integrity of my home both internally (eg HVAC) and externally (eg soil conditions and potential foundation issues). He then proceeded to conduct very detailed inspections, mapping and testing. He rounded up with detailed verbal reportage providing me very useful homeowner insights. I feel I received great value for money on this service and very thankful to Chris for his extensive knowledge and experience which he brought to bear. Five stars!!

I used greenworks for my structural engineering inspection on my new house, and then Chris Magnuson for the ordinary new home inspection, and him as well for the one year warranty inspection. In all areas greenworks and Chris did a completely thorough and detailed job. They did an excellent job explaining the issues to us and letting us know the results of the errors, and then detailing them in their report for the builder to fix. I couldnt be happier with their service and the work theyve performed. Ive hired several other inspectors before but feel greenworks has the highest standard and quality overall.

Mr. Landry was very professional and highly focused on providing a thoroughly detailed report and provided a quick summary. He used the latest technology to inspect for items that could be high ticket items if not checked. The Buyer is happy to have received the report in a quick turnaround time. There were also other persons, including myself, who were scheduled to stop by during Johns Inspection window and he was not bothered nor did it slow him down. Thank you sir!

We had great communication from both Greenworks and our inspector Chris Magnuson throughout the process. The inspection is very detailed with a really quick turnaround on the reports. Chris had to come out to the property a few times (no fault to him or Greeworks) and they were ready just as soon as we were! The location is the woodlands but they are all over Houston, we are in south west of Houston just inside the beltway.
