    Future Lilly is the best inspector I have ever worked. I’ve moved 6 times and never had an inspection completed and explained to me better than Futuristic Inspections. Because I was moving from the east coast, I did not understand how the weather conditions and other items in Texas effected houses here. Future took the time to explain issues to me and even followed up to make sure I understood everything.His understanding of the issues and explanations of how they could effect the house in the future were what I needed to understand what needed to be fixed. I cannot give a higher recommendation for anyone I’ve ever worked with for an inspection.

    So thankful that I found this company. They came highly recommended on NextDoor app so I gave them a try. The owner did the inspection on a house that I was under contract to buy. He was very thorough, provided an easy to read inspection report, but best of all, he used a thermal imaging device that showed so much more information about the house so that I could make an informed opinion. Even my general contractor father was impressed and wants to use them for his own business. They answered my first call right away, scheduled the Inspection within a day, and I had the report the same day as the inspection. I can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!

    Reached out to Future for an inspection on a home I was in the process of purchasing. Was quoted a fair price and was on the schedule for the next business day. Upon completion of the inspection he gave me a brief summary of his findings in advance of the full report, pointing out anything of note and allowed me to ask questions and point out some things I had concerns about which turned out to be nothing. Received the full report by the end of the day in an easily digestible, digital format with the option to also save the report as a PDF. There is a ton of information in these reports and as a first time home buyer, I appreciated the brief overview he gave so it wasnt completely overwhelming reading through the full report. Highly recommend!

The professionalism shown first over the phone, then the job let me know I had made the right choice. Futuristic go over and above with a great deal of quality and pride, the results speaks for itself. If you don’t speak inspector language it’s ok, you’ll get pictures with explanations in lay terms. You are told weather or not you need an electrician, plumber, handyman or do it yourself. All I can say is, if you want to know exactly what you’re buying you need to call Futuristic, it’s worth every penny.
