Was referred to Mr. Troy by my realtor.His communication (and responses) were quick and straight-forward. He was on-time for our agreed inspection day and super-professional. His inspection report is on-point and detailed. He is very accommodating during the walk-through. He had other appointments that he needed to be punctual for and yet I still didnt feel rushed. I did not feel talked down to what-so-ever during my questions about his findings.10/10 would recommend. Of all the money you pay in different fees, services, etc when buying and/or selling a home, this was one of the easiest and confident checks I have cut through the process.Thank you, Mr. Troy!

We have never had a better experience with an inspector. After 5 home purchases, we were pleasantly surprised with Troy and his professionalism. After the inspection he requested we meet with him at the property, where he walked us through the report line by line.
