I’ve worked with many inspectors for various job sites, and Josh Moore of Four Rivers Property Inspection was as good as it gets. All knowledge, no ego. Works thoroughly, doesn’t cut corners, and will take the time to answer any of your questions in detail. The reports are sent to you, and are very easy to understand and navigate. It is clear Josh cares a lot about the quality and the people he does work for. The home we had was inspected was a new home, and it was very helpful on some things, that even in brand new construction you should be made aware of. 10/10 can recommend.

Joshua was extremely professional and detail oriented, he inspected every single thing of the property I’m about to buy, he was patient with me and very clear during the walk thru explaining every finding/concern he had, and also all the good things the property has, he is very knowledgeable and answer all my questions, he delivered the report on time and with good notes highlighting the concerns and lots of visual aids to know exactly what repairs needed to be done.He also had equipment to detect leaks within the walls and added those images too.I’m really impressed and please with the work performed, I highly recommend this company!

Photos, arrows, notes on deficiencies, levels of importance. I ended up using the report as a check list for remodeling and updating our old home. A friend referred me to Josh for an inspections on a house in Driftwood. He worked me into his schedule for the next day and I was extremely pleased with his quality of his work. Its an old house with lots of quirks, but he patiently ran me through every little issue and gave me a detailed report that was clear and concise. His knowledge in the field gave me the peace of mind that the house wouldnt bring any expensive surprises. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection in the area.

Josh inspected an ADU at my house recently and did a professional and thorough job. He was responsive in setting up the inspection and gave lots of valuable feedback.
