Our inspection exceeded all expectations! David and Kevin provided us with an insanely detailed inspection report of what seemed like every single square inch of the home and consisted of things as minor as little cosmetic dings that would 100% have gone unnoticed had they not pointed them out. The thourough inspection definitely provided my husband and I the peace of mind anyone would be seeking when making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Not to mention, David was super nice and took his time during the walkthrough with us. Hands down the company I will use for any future needs!
