    Mike is top notch professional with thorough understanding of mold remediation and removal. I approached him through a referral and since i was running against the time (had to close the sell of the property) i requested him if he could take a look at the issue and protocol set by the mold inspector. He not only responded promptly but he got the plan ready for removal and remediation in few days. His attention to details and his knowledge of this area is impeccable. he and his team removed the mold, remediated and put back the structures (sink and cabinets etc in the bathroom) and repainted and retouched the whole structure in such a amazing fashion that it looks all new. I would totally work with Mike again and would recommend him to all.

    My husband and I purchased an older home knowing it needed some mold remediation completed. We did not have any experience with mold remediation and the process you have to go through in Texas in order to get mold removed. Mike Castaldo walked us through the process and took the time to explain how it all works. He was very thorough when writing our mold remediation protocol and kept us updated throughout the remediation. We are now mold free and have a clearance letter to prove it.     Mike from ETA was great to work with. My home required mold remediation and Mike was my mold assessment inspector. He was very detailed and kept me updated every step of the way. He worked β€œhand-in-hand” with the mold remediation company to properly eradicate the mold. He made an upsetting issue at more home go smoothly. Mike is honest and profesional which are two qualities that are hard to find these days.

    During the February Winter Storms, my home was one of the many that suffered extensive water damage. After the insurance company urged me to contact a water mitigation company, I found out that I had to wait about 4 weeks before they could send somebody. But through word of mouth, I soon learned that Mike Castaldo was somebody who could assist me sooner. After calling, he came the next day to my property and evaluated the damage and orientated me through the process.Within a week of signing the paperwork, the movers came in to take all my furniture to storage, and then soon afterwards, the demolition team showed up. Mike was always at hand to explain what was going on and what he was looking for as the workers hauled away all the damaged materials. He proved to have extensive knowledge and experience with mold and where to look for it. Also, in addition, Mike was always courteous and prompt to return my messages & solve any issues I had.If anybody is in a tight spot with regards to water damage, Mike is your β€œGo-To Person”. He turned a nightmare situation into a manageable experience for me. I highly recommend him.

    I began having severe allergy symptoms when I used the heat for the first few times so I checked my air filter and found a dusty, dirty mess in the air intake area of my apartment. I called Environmental Testing & Assessment and Matt came right away. Testing results helped my landlord understand the seriousness of the unsafe air quality in my apartment. Im happy to say, with test results in hand, the apartment manager and I were able to achieve satisfactory results and I am breathing easier because of the professional results ET&A provided in my time of need.
