Chris is a meticulous and detailed inspector that I trust. He looked at every square foot of the home and provided a very detailed report. For reference, I purchased a home that was built only 2 years ago, and his report was over 40 pages long. We went under contract on a Friday evening and he has performed the inspection and sent us the report by Monday afternoon. His report came back and we were thoroughly impressed. His attention to detail was incredibly impressive and his turnaround time was even more fantastic.We bought a smaller home without a pool two years ago, and the cost was the same price as this larger house with a pool. So, we can definitely say that his pricing is affordable, which is greatly appreciated.I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone needing an inspection.

Chris here at Endeavor is awesome. Very communicable, easy to schedule, super fast turn around, same day report as the inspection, and a fair price. The report itself is very detailed with any necessary notes, pictures, aerial shots of the roof, and even infrared images when testing the heat/AC to make sure everything is working on the correct temps. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing inspection services.

As an out of state investor, I need people like Jake Lowe to be that professional on the ground to give me an honest assessment of the homes I buy. His report was very thorough, and he took the time to research an odd sewer set up to make sure everything was copasetic. Since, he got the answer after the report was published, he called me and spent 20 minutes explaining the situation and what needs to be done over time to make sure it works properly. Personable and Professional, highly recommend.
