    Tyler did a great job inspecting our future home! Some things were minor, but that is the type of thoroughness you want when buying an existing home. He was courteous, detailed and didn’t rush through things. Any questions we had were answered and we felt good about where things were at thanks to his efforts.     Great group of guys who dont cut any corners or overlook anyrhing. Super detailed home and pool inspection services in collin and denton county. Also got a crash course in septic when they walked us through the detailed septic inspection report. Came highly recomended from Compass Realty and I would highly recomend.

    It took us a while to write a review. But mike kemper came and did a great job at our house. I’ve been so worried about paying for an inspection, and have someone come to our house and just check a bunch of boxes and say that everything is fine. But mike came and really took his time to look at everything possible. He found many things for our 1 year warranty for our new house that we can get fixed! I really appreciated the job he did! I will def recommend this company to anyone who asks!

    We were originally scheduled with Garrett who was very friendly and had great communication but due to rain, had to reschedule in order for the roof to be inspected. We rescheduled with Mike who was incredibly nice, punctual, and also had great communication with us as well. We couldnt be happier with the service provided by Elite and will certainly use them again in the future. They also provided us with a very generous discount in the mail for our one-year inspection.

    Our experience with EIG has been great. Lyle was very friendly, and completed a thorough inspection of our home. He arrived on time and was finished the inspection within 2.5 hours. He explained all concerning items that he found, and made sure to pay attention to items we pointed out to him as well. He provided our final inspection copy the same day.     Very nice guy. Not at all like many antisocial people in this field. Very professional but also nice. I could not imagine a better inspector. He was very thorough and patient to inform us of any issues. He didn’t seem to mind us being there for the inspection even though nearly all of people in this field would consider us in their way. I don’t anything about their other inspectors but if you get the one we had you will be in for a pleasant surprise at how customer-service-minded of an experience you will get.

    Incredibly thorough inspection and explanation. We were under contract on a beautifully renovated home, but the inspection really found that they hadn’t addressed some major items.     Had my over 100 year old house inspected before purchase. The owner called to walk me through how everything would go and answered all my questions. I paid extra for a foundation inspection they were unable to do for reasons outside their control. I received a prompt email and refund immediately afterwards. My inspector Mark, spent so much time walking me through every detail of my inspection in person and pointing things out. They were very thorough and helpful throughout the entire process.
