Tyler came out to inspect a new home that I had purchased. He was able to set up an appointment very quickly and was extremely responsive. He ended up finding a pretty big issue with the home in about 10 minutes of walking in. Saved us a ton of money on the home and ensured that the issue was resolved before the purchase. Beyond the work product, Dual Check Inspections clearly holds customer service to a high regard. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in need of inspections. -

We had Tyler out today to do an inspection on our new home before our warranty expires. He was on time, polite, professional and respectful. He was able to get us in on an extremely short notice! We enjoyed having Tyler over! He found lots of things wrong, and gave a very detailed report for us to give to our warranty company. Highly recommend! We will be using him again when we buy another home. -

Tyler with DualCheck Inspections did a pre-listing inspection for us. He was kind, arrived on time, and took his time looking over every detail of the house. We had several questions and never felt rushed or that we were bothering him (even with our two kids under foot) Tyler pointed out numerous small things and gave recommendations on how we can easily (and inexpensively) fix them to #1 help the house sell and #2 minimize the list of items that will come up on the inspection when the house does sell. Not only was the inspection experience perfect Tyler made himself available after we received the report to answer a few questions we had. As a first time home buyer purchasing a new build home, I can attest that having an experienced inspector is a necessity. If you’re not familiar with the build process, or what to look for in terms of defects, poor workmanship, Or improper installation, you will easily be jaded by how a new home looks. Tyler was great! He was punctual, friendly and very informative. I am by far a first timer and no matter how many homes I buy an inspection is a must. Tyler found all the cover ups and saved me from a total money pit! I will be using DualCheck any and every time. -

We used Tyler for both inspections on both homes we have built and he found so many things that would have cost us money in the long run. He had pictures for us on everything he found and was very knowledgeable and articulate on everything he found in the report. From crooked walls, ungrounded electrical, to the arch stone on the front of the house that was cracking and going to eventually fall out, he saved us from some costly repairs. I needed an inspection on my first home purchase and heard about Tyler with DualCheck Inspections from a friend. They described him as a detailed oriented veteran with tons of experience in the industry. I ended up hiring him and boy was I surprised! I spent a few hours the week before my scheduled inspection making a list of potential issues and didnt show this to Tyler. Not only did he find all the items on my list, he found many more issues, including a shower drain leak that could have been a major expense. As a matter of fact, my list was only a small part of what was listed on the final inspection report. Tylers experience definitely made the difference and his attention to detail paid for itself as I was able to renegotiate the purchase price of the home to make up for the findings. They used top of the line technology (Infrared and thermal) to detect any potential leaks, pest infestations, foundation cracks etc. and they got my report back to me within 24 hours. If you’re looking for an inspection, look no further than Dual-Check! Also, they are veteran owned and operated which is definitely a plus in my eyes. -
