Cant say enough good things about Doug. If youre looking for a knowledgable and friendly Home Inspector, he is the one for you.As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to look for. His inspection was thorough and easy to understand. He is extremely polite and professional and took the time to make sure we understood everything in his report.

Mr Lowery did two inspections for me, and he did an excellent job both times. During the first inspection he found 50+ problems despite it being newly built home. Some of the problems were substantial to the point that I actually canceled the purchase of the home. About a year later I bid on a different home, and he helped me once again. This time there were less problems found, and I purchased the home. A good home inspection saved me from spending 225 thousand dollars the first time. I would highly recommend Mr Lowery to do your home inspections.

Doug went above and beyond taking care of my property inspection. My AC wasn’t working and it was 95 degrees outside and he didn’t skip any processes to make sure everything was done properly. He was pouring sweat and made sure he inspected every square inch of my home. The report was easily read and very complete! Thank you for all your diligent and hard work! I highly recommend!
