Cale was extremely helpful and very responsive to all my questions. We used him twice. Cales efforts were critical in that we are relocating and still in the Dallas area so I couldnt be there for the inspections. We had to have someone we could trust. First house he inspected he found issues that helped us to decide against that house. Second house had some issues that with Cales additional input helped me to decide for the house. I expect this to be the last house I ever buy so I can only recommend him and Double C to anyone needing trust and a critical evaluation! -

We have used Cale twice and have been impressed with his work both times. Not only can he set you up with a termite inspection too, he is very speedy in replying, and so thorough in his inspections. Cale was very good at informing us of not only the issues that were currently a problem but what would happen over time if the problems werent fixed or managed as well as different options on how to fix them. You will even get your report same day. Cant beat that.We are very impressed with his professionalism and would definitely refer him to anyone and everyone going through this process. -

He gave us a verbal report of everything he found both good and bad and what was needed to correct the problems. In his written report he enclosed photographs of what he found. We had the written report the next day. Very well pleased. I would recommend this company. -

First I am a buyer. Mr. Cameron did a very thorough inspection of the property. He found many issues large and small and provided in depth information as to why these write ups were considered flaws. In addition to this he offered remedies for each write-up. His prices were under value, considering the level of detail he will go into on your report.For the buyer he is a excellent choice, there is a reason he has such a high rating. He is not going to miss anything, so you will end up with peace of mind when going through your new home purchase or even investment purchase. Thank you for your attention to detail Mr. Cameron. -
