    I was referred to Double C by my daughter who just bought her home. I have been renting this house for several years and am currently looking to buy, however appraisal didnt pass due to repairs needed. So I made appointment with Double C. Within 2 days we scheduled a time and Mr. Lopez was exceptional, he explained what to expect and how he goes about inspection. I was very pleased with the list provided later in the evening, which will let me show in details to the landlord for repairs. I was very please and would definitely recommend.

    Adrian from Double C came to do a home inspection on a home were are in contract to purchase. He was very thorough in his findings. He was able to get the report to me the same day he performed the inspection and made himself available for follow up questions after his report was sent. They process is also digital which allows easy access to your reports online and a simple process for payment. As a small business owner, I wouldnt even look elsewhere.
