First and foremost thank you Greg for your patience, professionalism & knowledge. My inspection was a bit complicated due to the home not being ready on time. I really appreciate Greg, he had toCome out to the home twice and the first time wasn’t so nice because nothing in the home was ready, he told me to call up the construction manager & they were there in about 5 minutes if that. When I still you Greg set the record straight, I mean just that. I didn’t feel like a client or customer with him; he let them know all the concerns found & sure enough people were starting to come in and work on the house immediately. The second time the house looked better, funny because I believe Greg scared the construction manager so bad they ended up ordering me a few new items for the home on the spot. Greg is very knowledgeable and is not afraid to share & help you better understand your home. I feel so confident in the home I’m purchasing, there were many things I didn’t understand but Greg was not afraid to explain it in terms I could understand. A big plus for me was his humor, if you want your inspection done right with a good time (these things can be boring and take a long time) please book with Greg at “Do it Right Home Inspection” you won’t regret it.
