I have asked Kyle to perform a home inspection on two homes that we’ve purchased in the last four years. He is very thorough and detailed. He took the time to review the reports and answer all my questions. If I could pick a couple of words to describe Kyle, I would choose “honesty” and “integrity”. I highly recommend Kyle to be your home inspector.

Kyle Cummings came highly recommended for home inspection when my husband and I were looking to purchase our new home in Texarkana, Arkansas. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded by an astronomical margin. What some might see as a “deal killer” was to us the thoroughness of inspection that let us know exactly the kind of repairs and updates that were necessary for us to be comfortable purchasing an older home in the historic district. Kyle was flexible in working with our schedule so that my husband could walk the inspection with Kyle and see first-hand what challenges were in our path. Additionally, Kyle was willing to return to the home for a second inspection once the utilities were turned on in the home. Kyle explained each area in detail and provided pictures and recommendations for how to correct any issues. His report was thorough and detailed as well, helping us to negotiate the particulars of purchasing the home. Additionally, Kyle has provided us reliable resources to have the needed repairs completed. Kyle is a consummate professional. You will be remiss to call on anyone else for a home inspection.
