We used Craftsman Inspections for the second time for our final inspection on the building of our new build home. We also used his services for our pre drywall inspection. He did an excellent job. In comparison to the builders inspector Tim found 39 total issues, and the builder’s inspector found 18 issues.The reports that Tim sends are in depth and very well written. The quality of the inspection definitely comes out in the reports. He even found a slight gas leak that was not found by anyone else.He will definitely work with you on new build homes when there are delays in the building process, or if he has to do a follow up inspection for incomplete items.His prices are very reasonable, and the findings he found for us, definitely covered the inspection’s cost, (and then some).I not only highly recommend Tim, but I will utilize his services again for our 11 month warranty inspection. Always get your own private inspector to help protect your investment!

Timothy was fast at responding to an email with questions that I had. He worked out a special price for my neighbor and I, which we booked back to back inspections. The builder we bought from has a 1 year warranty, so I wanted a thorough inspection prior to that year being up. Timothy was a few minutes early (which never happens in this line of work) and very personable. He took photos, went through the house with a fine tooth comb, and submitted his report later the same evening. If you are looking for a home inspector, I would recommend Timothy and his services.

Timothy Pope was wonderful! I happened to hear about him from a mailer recieved for my one year home warranty. I was skeptical because things in the mail are not always what they seem. So I researched him and found good reviews. Im so glad I called him! He was better than the inspector I had when I moved in! He found a whole list of things and my builder had their work cut out. The first guy never noted any of this stuff. Thanks to him, all the small things were caught and fixed! Tim will now be my go-to guy.

Our experience with Craftsman Inspections was excellent! Tim was punctual, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the inspection process and answered any and all of our questions (and I had a lot)! He was able to schedule an inspection for us at a time of our convenience with very little notice and really came through for us! His background in foundation inspection really showed when he discovered a slope in the house. He was able to point us to recommended, licensed, structural engineers to follow up with. Thank goodness he caught that for us! He gave us the peace of mind we needed when buying our first home. I highly recommend Craftsman Inspections for anyone wanting a quality home inspection.

Timothy Pope came to our home for our 1 year Inspection. As a new home owner, we have had our concerns with what has changed in 1 year. The confidence and knowledge Mr. Pope provided really helped calm our concerns. Price was straight forward, no funny business (hidden fees). Timothy of Craftsman Inspections provided an exceptional and thorough home inspection. I initially contacted Craftman Inspections and requested a quote online. I immediately received a response from Timothy with a detailed overview of what the home inspection would entail along with a very affordable price quote. His price included a completed interior and exterior home inspection along with sprinkler system. During the home inspection Timothy was very detailed and he explained everything that was of concern in detail. Once inspection was completed he briefed me on all areas and was shown photos that would be included in final report. Later that same day I received a very eloquent and thorough report consisting of explanations and photos of deficient areas. Would highly recommend Craftsman Inspections for your home inspection needs.

Tim was great! I highly recommend using him for your next home inspection. I had to change plans around a couple times and Tim was very flexible and easy to communicate with to ensure I was squeezing in the inspection during my option period. I showed up at the end of the inspection and Tim provided me the highlights as we walked the propert. The report that followed was very detailed, well-organized, and easy to follow. My home was inspected prior to purchase. Mr. Pope was professional and returned his report quickly. He explained his findings clearly and made sure I knew what potential hazards/damages I would have in my home.I owned the house for 6 years and made many renovations during that time. Mr. Pope’s direction helped me to prioritize my renovations. In six years I never had any surprises ragarding the condition of my home.Later I purchased another home. Mr. Pope was not available at that time to complete my inspection. However he found and recommended another home inspector to take care of my needs. In all of my dealings with the business they have been professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Inspector gave me a quote within 5 hrs, arrived at home within 72hrs of quote. My gf was sleep with baby and didnt hear doorbell. He called me, let me know he was here as I was at work and proceeded to work outside of home before my gf finally heard him knock again and let him in. Most ppl would have just left the premisses but he was patient, effecient and had inspection findings by that same evening. 100% PRO!!!
