I chose to use CP Quality Property Inspection for my one year inspection. I’m glad I did. My builder came out to do a one year inspection and found no defects. CP Quality Property Inspection came out and found several defects. One defect was the grading by my foundation. The cost to fix the grading was passed on to the builder. That alone made using CP Quality Property Inspection well worth it. Mr Parker (A veteran) is punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using CP Quality Property Inspection.
