Carlos service is excellent!! He was super professional, responsive and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and uses high-tech equipment to provide a more throughout inspection. He also went out of his way to help me out, one of the units of the building we inspected wasnt ready for inspection the first time around and he was kind enough to come back a second time and not only finish inspecting that one unit but also re-inspecting the other ones to make sure the problems found had been fixed by the builder. He prepared and updated a couple of reports for my property and they are super throughout and well explained, with all necessary pictures for evidence and serial numbers of the propertys equipment. Plus, I have been contacting him from time to time after the inspection to ask for further explanation on some report items or recommendations for contractors to help me on the property, and he has always responded promptly and has helped me with all my questions. 1000% recommend anyone to work with Carlos for a property inspection you can trust and excellent support thereafter!

Carlos report on my requested inspection was excelent. He went above and beyond; my closing required him to do additional inspections after his report and he did follow up with the seller realtor and their contractor to ensure everything was done correctly. Carlos also explained me in a detailed way the inspection he conducted. A very friendly a professional person, highly recommended!!!!

Carlos is one of the most professional individuals that I have met in my life. He inspected my house from nothing to the final product. Besides being extremely knowledgeable with the business, Carlos is extremely careful and detailed with every inspection. Throughout the nine months that it took the company to finish the house, Carlos inspected each stage thoroughly. Furthermore, every time I had a question and/or concern he was always available to talk and/or exchange messages. With his inspection and fine work, I am more than certain that everything was done correctly. Last, but not least, the inspection prices are beyond fair.
