Ive been working with Julian for many years and his inspection reports are always very thorough and easy to read. His attention to detail when inspecting a house is incredible and it is difficult to find a detailed inspector who does a great job and is so knowledgeable about home inspections and potential issues. He gets his reports out very quickly and is always happy to answer any questions or explain anything on the report. He inspects all my personal and investment purchases and all of my familys as well because I have not found any inspector as thorough.

Julian Cofer came out and inspected the home I am purchasing, an older house built in 1950. He was extremely thorough, but the best part was that he provided a perfectly organized interactive report, complete with photos of everything mentioned, in addition to walking us through the house to clarify the most pressing concerns. Using his professional report as evidence, we were able to get a concession for repairs that was several times more than the cost of the inspection, even though I bought the most expensive inspection package. You just couldnt argue with his work, and it ended up saving us lots of money and providing peace of mind as we move in.

Julian was easy to get in touch with, came out promptly, was very attentive and not only provided a report with images but also took me around the house in person and pointed out important items, and gave advice on how to fix some things.
