CKA saved us from disaster! We had an offer accepted on a home and during the option period we had CKA come inspect. They found several issues with the foundation that pointed to us pulling out from the purchase. We then decided to purchase a new build home which CKA came to inspect before closing. They found a couple of minor issues that were corrected. We have just reached our 11 month warranty period, and CKA came out again to inspect. They found several issues again after we have lived in our home which will be corrected through warranty. Thank you CKA for all you have done for our family!! -

His work is meticulous, professionalism top notch, and an all around nice guy. He was able to show us the report on his IPad which included easy to understand terminology. His method is sleek and simple. Chris also has a plethora of contacts for various repairs if needed. I never once felt like he was trying to pressure us in any unnecessary repairs. Chris was an awesome home inspector. He not only inspected our home, but offered suggestions on what we could do to make our house better. I have to say I did 90% of them. All of the important stuff. In addition I asked he if he had any references for some of the work I needed done. He gave some suggestions but didnt push me toward anyone like some people do. The electrician I contacted was Dennis Cossio who came after a full days work and put in another 45 minutes dealing with my problem.
