We had a great experience working with Careful Home Inspection. Got friendly help from Cliff booking the service, which was super easy. Mr Keith Whitley provided a wonderful inspection service. He was prompt, professional, thorough and patient. He walked through all the key findings with me at the end and not only addressed deficiencies but also provided a lot helpful tips for future maintenance. He worked late into Friday night to deliver a clear and detailed report by midnight. We really appreciate his dedication and customer focus. We definitely recommend Careful Home Inspection to everyone.

Keith with Careful Home Inspections did our home inspection for our home. As a first time home-buyer I wasnt sure what to look for and went in not understanding the things to look for in our home but Keith was timely, friendly and incredibly helpful in explaining the issues that came up during our inspection.I was also very please with careful home inspection as a whole because the appointment for an inspection was easy and fast to book which is super important in this very crazy real estate market!

BUYER HOME INSPECTION- All I can say is WOW what an amazing inspection! Weve bought and sold a LOT of houses and most were in need of repair. Weve worked on houses for over 30 years and even built one acting as the GC. This by far is the best inspection weve ever had for the purchase of a home (I would be concerned as a seller to see that Careful Home was the one inspecting my home!!). Jason was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and even found some safety items that we missed during our own inspection! Even though we didnt get the house, I believe Jason helped us avoid a real lemon by finding some very concerning issues. As soon as we are under contract again, he will be the first we call! Get on his schedule and you wont be sorry!

My experience with Careful Home Inspections has been a most excellent journey. I am a first-time homebuyer and wanted to perform a phase inspection on my new home build to put myself at ease. Cliff explained the whole process to me over the phone so that I knew exactly what to expect. Not only was Cliff extremely thorough during all three inspections (pre-pour, pre-drywall, and final), he also offered great advice on how to take care of my new home, was responsive to my questions and concerns, and even addressed them clearly and concisely inside the inspection reports. After all this, I feel confident in the quality of my home build, and learned a lot during the process. I will certainly recommend Cliff at Careful Home Inspections in the future.

Careful Home Inspections should be the first company you call if you need a home inspection! We are currently in the process of buying a home and Jason with Careful Home Inspections inspected two of the properties (we terminated the first contract). Working with Jason was probably the best part of the home buying experience. He was thorough, honest, and thoughtful. He uncovered quite a few hidden problems with the first home we were under contract with, including failing drainage and plumbing (disclosure said most of cast iron pipes had been replaced with pvc - this definitely was not the case), aluminum wiring, un-grounded electric plugs, etc. He did a great job of flagging everything from small concerns to expensive items that we would need to fix. He sent us the inspection report the same night! My husband was not able to attend the inspection, so Jason offered to meet with us by phone to review the results. This was at least an additional hour of his personal time. After consulting with Jason, we realized that the critical updates that the first home needed would have cost at least $30K-$40K. So, we terminated the contract. We moved quickly on the second home and since there were multiple bids, the seller requested a five day option period. Before we committed, I reached out to Jason immediately to make sure he would be available to do the inspection. Im not sure we would have agreed to the sellers counter offer of a shortened option period if Jason or the Careful Home Inspections team wasnt available. We trusted that this much. Thankfully, the second home inspection went much better. Jason pointed out a few comparables to the first home. He even identified that there was once a pool on property (something the current sellers didn’t know or realize). And, he made a few recommendations – both short-term and long-term projects. I can’t recommend the Careful Home Inspections team enough. This team will ensure that sure you make an informed decision.
