I sent a request out via another service that rhymes with Welp, and got a near immediate call from Brandon, the owner of Cap City Property Insections. We talked about his process, pricing and availability, and after getting a few more responses I felt Brandon was the best person to inspect the duplex we were buying Boerne. Brandon went out a couple days later, called when he was done to tell me about the major items and sent me a report for each unit the same day. I really liked Brandons attentiveness, attention to details and his proactive work ethic and will use him again.
