Zach was super thorough and easy to work with. I really appreciated the depth of his knowledge regarding older homes. Would not have wanted to purchase without knowing what came back on the inspection report. Grateful to Cain Superior for their help. Worth the money. Highly recommend!

We moved to San Angelo from the Houston area a few months ago, and we didnt know anyone. Thankfully, our realtor recommended Zach for our home inspection. Zach exceeded our expectations on every level. He was extremely thorough in both his inspection and report, professional, personable, and was reasonably priced. We would most certainly use his services again, and we will definitely refer him to others needing an inspection.

I would highly recommend Zack! He is very thorough and professional. He ending up doing two inspections for us, the first home was about 8 years old with a pool. We decided not to buy due to the amount of problems found, but we were impressed on the amount of stuff he checked and found! We didn’t even have to think to have him inspect the second house, a brand new build. Boy did he find so many small things with it to include a leaking tub! So if you’re think you don’t need an inspection on a new home think again! He is beyond great and we are glad and comfortable knowing our home was up to his standards before our purchase.
