    I used Bryan and Cactus properties for two different houses I was considering buying.Scheduling both inspections was very easy and Bryan was flexible and willing to conduct the inspection during irregular times to better fit my own schedule.The first, he prevented me from making a very poor investment into a property that had some serious issues, but looked great to someone with no experience in general. Bryan found serious issues one couldn’t see unless they were trained and took the time to look. Because of his meticulous inspection, I believe I was saved thousands of dollars and headache in the future.When the second property went under contract I scheduled Brian again. Once again he conducted the inspection with professionalism and clarity. He made me feel much more at ease about proceeding with the closing.Furthermore, his reports are very clear and easy to read and they have pictures with everything of concern. He goes over each report on the phone or in person with you making sure you are aware of issues.
