This was one of the best and easiest things I have done while finding a house. Even though it was a new build, I was still recommended to this company for an inspection and I need to say, best decision ever. Zach was our inspection and the amount of customer service he gave was amazing. He treated us like we were his only customers of the day and was very patient with our questions and the following of our inquisitive 4 year old. From the time you call their scheduler, to the time you receive the final inspection paperwork, they make you feel a part of their family. I called Bryan and Bryan Inspectors last week to inspect a house that I was interested in purchasing. I was on a short schedule and I need something quick, but I needed it to be right. Less than 48 hours later I had my report. I upgraded to the Premier Package. I understand not everyone can afford this; but if you can its worth the cost. The inspection was much more thorough than I anticipated. The report was detailed but easy to read. Ultimately we found issues that could have cost me more money later on; and for me, that was the point. I did not purchase the house based on issues I first saw in this report.Tomorrow I put down earnest money on a different home. I will call Bryan and Bryan and do this again. Great inspector, great report, great experience.

We had to reschedule several times and they accommodated us quickly and without an issue. I received an initial call to go over a few things that was very helpful, since I really had no idea what to expect.2nd, day of the inspection Zach reached out to me so I would have his contact information, which was extremely helpful since I was running a little late.3rd, the inspector Zach, was absolutely top notch. I also appreciated how in-person he took time to help me understand the nuances of what he was finding and explain it it ways I could understand.
