Andrew B made our inspection process so much better than we expected. His thoroughness left us with a sense of confidence that we just didn’t have before. However it’s his customer service that really sealed the deal. While talking to us about finding our autistic teen mention not being able to get something to work he stopped everything to help him. I’m sure lot of people can be taught to do an inspection but you can’t teach people skills like that.

I received the report the following morning. For the most part, it was well put together and had good pictures. Id like to see more detail in some of the concerns vs remediation recommended. Overall though, fantastic service, price, and experience.

Will schedule Phases 2 and 3 and maybe the 1 year warranty inspection as well. I just wish that they would include what the standard is. for example, if the standard is 27 depth, but the picture and comment is showing 25 or 29, it would help if the standard depth were mentioned.

I was able to call and get a live person on the phone when I called before our inspection date.Davis was great. He called about an hour before he was due to arrive and let us know how long he was going to be there so we could meet him at the house and he could review his findings with us. He was very thorough and critical in his findings. We had our report as soon as possible the same day.We would absolutely call in Bryan & Bryan again for our inspection needs in the Houston area. We feel they are an exceptional value for the money spent.ETA: About 30 days after we moved in, we got a call reminding us of their free pest service check-in. We had someone call us to set up a time for someone their pest team to come out and spray for bugs. This is EXACTLY what we needed. Trent called us before he showed up and was able to spray thoroughly outside and inside and put bait out for our ant situation. Since the day he has been here, we have not seen any ants or bugs and are super happy. They are, hands down, the cheapest quarterly service (with no contract!!) that we found in the Houston area. We are thrilled to have pest control services! Thank you, Trent, for coming out and not judging me for finding food between the stove and counter - it turns out I was feeding the ants, but that one area in our kitchen was not the only area in the house. We definitely dont have a problem with our quarterly bill and I can see us having a very long-term relationship with GreenTeam Pest.
