Highly recommend Bryan and Bryan for home inspections! Aaron was very friendly and took the time to walk us through what he was checking and any issues or good things he was seeing. He answered all of my questions and even gave some home maintenance advice along the way which I greatly appreciate as a first time home owner! He had some help from his Elf friend Buddy too (see photo).I’m very much looking forward to making use of their free Home Services Concierge to help us find the best deal on utilities. Not to mention the free pest treatment that is also included with your inspection!

James and Luis came to inspect the home my husband and I put an offer on. They were on time, very kind, and very thorough. They went through everything and when we arrived took the time to tell us everything they found. In addition, they answered all of our questions without any hesitation! We are new home buyers and are clueless on some things, but they made sure we understood what was covered and how things looked. We felt confident with their explanations. James also offered us to reach out as needed if we thought of anything else we needed clarification on. In addition, the company offers free services if we move forward on the buy. Those include pest control before our move so we do not have to worry about bugs when we move and they will either move our current amenity bills over or help us find lower costs for any we would like to switch prior to move. This way we have one less thing to worry about. We got this company recommended by our relator and I firmly believe it was a great recommendation. They were great from the initial phone call when booking all the way to the end. We will be using them in the future if we need to! Highly recommend:)

This was my first experience with Bryan & Bryan Inspections. They are very thorough in their inspection and give a detailed breakdown of everything that needs to be repaired or replaced. Jason is a trainee, and who I did most of the talking with. He relayed all the information to me and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. Chad wasn’t much of a talker, but seemed like a nice guy. He was responsible for inspecting under the sinks and other hard to reach places. I let him know he should keep Jason. All in all, this is a great company for anyone looking to have a home inspection done.

I recently used Bryan And Bryan to inspect a home that I am looking to purchase. I have been very pleased with their services. Over the years, I have used several different companies to expect properties that I was looking to purchase for my family. By far, Bryan And Bryan have been the best. They have the most knowledgeable & professional Inspectors. The house I am looking to purchase currently has quite a few issues with mold. Their technician Jason, not only did The inspection and prepared a detailed written report, but also took the time To explain to me in great detail – using layman terms. He’s also taken follow up phone calls from me To help me decide the best way to deal with the issues found.I definitely would not hesitate using their services in the future or recommending them to be used.

Jacob was a very skilled and detailed inspector. He found many cosmetic issues that were missed by the builder, and some potential defects as well. His report was very detailed, and gave my family and I peace of mind. Due to some equipment issues he was not able to get an aerial view of the roof, but they sent over a fellow inspector named Paul to make sure that everything was verified. That is true commitment and customer service. They even shared some holiday spirit.

We came home from vacation and found water/mold damage all throughout our upstairs. I immediately called our insurance company. We have had many inspections ordered through our insurance company. On the advice of a friend we called and hired Jason Box of Bryan & Bryan Inspections to come out and do a mold inspection. Best thing we have done!! Jason came to our home - did a complete & thorough mold inspection which included lab testing, wrote a detailed report of the damage and wrote a detailed protocol for remediation. Jason Box (Bryan & Bryan) works for us! We are so much more confident that the problem will be fixed properly now that we have this independent report and protocol. I highly recommend Bryan & Bryan and Jason Box for any mold problems you may have - Jason was complete and thorough in his explanation to us - and in the written reports. Where do I start. Very Professional. I requested the inspector that performed my first inspection (Daniel). He is so so through and walk me thru everything he found and explained why he noted it as an issue. The report comes with photos, locations on the property and an explanation of the issue. He was very respectful of my property. He wore shoe covers when he came inside and I did not have to ask or suggest that. He showed me things that I am sure I would have over looked. The builders addressed everything from the first inspection because they could not deny that they were issues.As for the company they are very professional and extremely helpful. They are not pressure sales people. I love that they remind ed me of the follow up inspection and did not try to just get me to schedule one. They are extremely polite on the phone and walk you thru everything you need to know about what they offer. They also send text and emails to remind you of your upcoming inspection. I changed my first appointment once and it was no problem to change. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRYAN AND BRYAN for you home inspection.

I would definitely recommend Bryan & Bryan Inspections to anyone looking for a quick and easy process along with a very detailed report. From the very first phone call to the final report being sent was super smooth. I was able to get an inspector out to the house 2 days after making the initial phone call. The inspector Daniel was very professional. He contacted me before he got to the home and again 1 hour before finishing up. We spoke briefly after he finished up and he was able to provide me with very specific information that definitely allowed me to start a mental checklist for the blue tape walk immediately. He walked me though some of the issues he found but said full report would come in next day. Final report came in next morning about 730-8am. The report was super easy to read and contained very detailed information along with pictures regarding any issues he may have found. Its rare when things go this smooth. Stress free process the whole way through. 10/10

Getting an inspection with little notice was easy for Bryan and Bryan to accommodate. Daniel was great. He communicated well via email and text both before and after the inspection. He walked the house with me and pointed out everything that would be documented in the report. He explained things in a way I could understand them, and also didn’t make me feel like I was dumb for not knowing some of the things he mentioned. The report was clear and easy to follow and included many pictures as proof of completion. They took their time and were friendly and easy to work with.

My experience with Bryan and Bryan Inspections have been great thus far. My inspectors Colin and Chad (trainee) were a pleasure to work with. Both inspectors arrived on time with Chad arriving early for initial setup. They were friendly and easy to talk to and answered any and all of my questions. Colin was thorough in his inspection, explained many of the steps without me asking, answered all of my questions regardless of how repetitive, and constantly checked with me if I had any other concerns throughout the inspection. I had a few concerns with the new construction that did not pertain to their inspection steps, but Colin answered them without hesitation. At the end of the inspection they were able to find several issues that would have certainly cost me money in the future. Their honesty and work ethic showed and I would not hesitate to recommend the company or these 2 individuals to anyone.

It was great to work with this company on the inspection of our new build home. We booked online and within 10 minutes we received a phone call confirming our appointment.
