Got to know Boss inspection by friends refering. All I got to say is this inspection company is professional, and responsible. Normally inspection of a house would take about an hour at most, some of my friends even got inspection for only less than 30mins, but Jake from Boss inspection took 2 and half hours to inpect our house which is not very big and it is a brand new townhouse, not very much to inspect. But still Jake looked every inch of the house, both inside and outside, and wrote a 88 pages report. Which is incredibly professional and responsible. I would highly recommend Boss Inspection to everyone who decide to buy a house.

Jake has a keen eye, knows his stuff inside and out. He quickly brought my attention to an unknown festering pipe issue that could have led to a big problem very soon. Plumber called in, problem avoided! Clean cut, well spoken, youll do no better elsewhere, and possibly much worse.

I think Jake was very helpful. His inspection was for my commercial space for my business and he was very thorough and kind. He was early to our appointment and he was able to move quickly effectively.He also gave me a reasonable price for the service.
