Chris Pursch went so far beyond to work miracles with a complicated situation for a VA testing for water as part of the inspection process to get the transaction closed!! We had ongoing challenges (and in dealing with an out of state Lender) on a Propery and Chris went out 3 times and 2 were at a moments notice and then to the testing facility to deliver samples to expedite rush testing. Myself as the buyers agent and the listing agent are so appreciative of the incredible service, response and professionalism that Chris delivered. We would not have closed this deal without his partnership and fortitude. I can not recommend him enough as an inspector, he is 10 stars+!!!!

This morning I had Blake Gonzalez do an inspection of the home me and my wife are about to purchase. I texted him to inquire what time would be OK for me to stop by not to interfere with his work.We met at a set time and Blake ran me through a brief summary of the results of his inspection. He answered all my questions and gave a few tips that I really appreciated.When I got home later that same evening, I read the report that he emailed me. It was easy and entertaining to read and comprehend even to a total inspection noob like me.Very, very happy and would recommend this inspector and company to anyone in need of this kind of service.
