KC was very prompt in returning our initial call and treated us with the utmost professionalism right from the start. He was able to book a home inspection in a very short period of time and even gave us a military discount. The day of the inspection, we met KC and he was very pleasant and professional walking us through many of the things he was doing while still concentrating on the job at hand. He was very aware of and followed the Covid-19 guidelines when possible showing a great deal of respect for the home he was inspecting. KC was able to wrap up his inspection and get our report back to us in less than 24 hours. If I have the need for another home inspection or know anyone else in the are that does, I would surely recommend Best One Inspection Services and KC!

KC is a rockstar!We are first time home buyers and KC understands how overwhelming the experience can be. He carefully makes his clients understand the meaning of each and every observation that is noted through the inspection. He is perfectly punctual and went through his assignment very thoroughly. When we walked in he patiently took us around educating us about our home and telling us about his observations on several aspects. Where we asked, he also had extremely useful suggestions. His report is so easy to understand. Me, my wife and my agent went through all the details and discussed pros and cons of each item highlighted. Importantly, KC gives his clients all the time and the importance on the buyer review discussion and never tried to hurry up and try and wrap-up in an effort to move to the possible next stop. He offered to also be available for any questions even after everything was completed and makes his clients feel like inspection is not only a single transaction, but a relationship where you can ask any question and be assured that KC will guide you with his expertise and experience in inspecting a home!Thank you KC!

KC was awesome to work with. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the whole report to us while we were in the home and we received the written report later that day. He checked each and everything in the house, from top to bottom, in a detailed manner. He worked with us during the weekend, which was greatly appreciated because we were on a time crunch. He is amazing at his work and a great person to work with, at the same time, that is rare! Highly recommend!

KC did the home inspection for the house we were considering purchasing. He did a very thorough job and also reviewed the pool equipment…which is something we were in the dark about. He was punctual and easy to work with and had a nice personality too! He did a great job explaining the deficiencies and how to correct them and sent a very thorough report that helped us get more money from the sellers to repair the necessary items. Incredible service, great turn around, and very easy to understand report with detailed pictures. KC was easy to reach by phone and email, and he was very responsive. It was easy to confirm the appointment and pay online. The report was succinct and easy to understand, and when we reviewed the report together he explained things in very simple terms that made sense.
