We were able to work with Basin Wide Services for the inspection on two homes, one of which he saved us huge headache worth of repairs that would have cost us more than we expected. We are able to back out of that deal and save the hassle of repairing much more than we wanted to have to deal with thanks to his detail oriented inspection! great to work with, communicable and trustworthy! if I had to go through this process again I will definitely call him again! -

Patrick is our go-to inspector. We is very thorough but doesnt write overly negative reports that make you regret buying a house. π€£ He always lets my husband tag along and explains everything as hes inspecting it. Hes prompt with scheduling and with his written reports. -
