And he really did take the time to check everything that needed to be checked. Hes no contractor and is not trying to make any extra money from his advice. The link he sends to you is a one stop shop for an organized and categorized “to do” for all repairs & fixes listed in his report.It makes it so easy to find what you are looking for, what the highest priority/hazardous repairs that need to be fixed first and you can check off and mark “repaired” as you complete them.It’s a really nice feature I didn’t learn about or think to use until about 2 months in my first home. Nothing better than when someone takes pride in their service and shows professionalism. The inspector showed up on time. I mean on time by military standards, ten minutes prior to the appointment. His uniform was clean, he introduced himself and informed me as to what the process would be, he walked me through it step by step. He explained in detail, exactly what he was looking for. I was in his hip pocket educating myself on what would be the biggest investment of my life. I was sent a very detailed report that included color photographs and with the standards and equipment needed to fix any issues that were found.
