We have asked Jaycee to do our new home inspection three times. Each time he gave us a lot of detailed information. He paid a lot of attention to our concerns and checked everything very carefully. He also well explained to us how everything should work like and how to maintain the good condition of the house. As the result of his inspection, the builder did fix a few things before the dry wall and the closing. Last week he did the new house 10-month inspection for us, we are very satisfied with his work.Thank you, Jaycee. -

I used him for my home inspection during build out and used him again a year later for inspection for warranty with my builder. He was very professional and friendly. Jaycee did the inspection for the home that we sold for the buyers and also the home that we bought from a builder.Jaycee should the utmost professionalism and with above and beyond to ensure everything we were concerned about was documented within the reports. His own documentation is very thorough which can be seen by looking at his report. I worked with different inspectors before but none of them were as thorough or easy to work with as Jaycee. Jaycee also answered all of my questions that I had regarding the home and was knowledgable about most recent code and when he wasnt sure he did his research and found out.Jaycee takes a lot of pride in his work and it can be seen by his results.I would 100% recommend Jaycee to my friends and family. You wont find someone who is more passionate or loves what he does than Jaycee. -

He also taught me a lot about the standards of homes, what to look out for, what was important to fix and why, and more. I have used Jaycee on 2 different occasions as my home inspector and he has done a excellent/exceptional job on both inspections. With the most recent inspection being yesterday March 18th. He showed up on time, he answered any and all my questions and even informed me on thing i didnt think to ask. Jaycee is very professional and takes his job seriously to provide the best customer service and inspection. Its amazing what you can find on google, especially a locally owned business. These guys were great! They were detailed and professional but most of all they didnt break the piggy bank.I had them come out to do a pre-pour inspection for my new home in First Colony. My construction manager said they were the best inspectors they had the privilege to work with; friendly, professional, and detailed.They caught all the things that needed to be repaired before the cement could be poured. Needless to say, the home builders took their report and quickly made the repairs.Definitely going to call them back for the framing inspection. -
