Amazing experience! Super fast scheduling and turnaround for initial inspection and report was sent over same day. Sam was extremely thorough and kind with the inspection of our 1960s home that needed a lot of attention to detail. He was patient enough to walk us through his findings and answer any questions we had. Overall, great company with competitive rates and super friendly and responsive employees.

Outstanding company! Quickly booked, super thorough and good price. The owner, Gary Hart, is a prince of a man with TONS of experience and runs a tightly run ship. I was able to book within days and Gary did my termite inspection along with his co-worker Adam. Adam did a GREAT job on my inspection and together the bad results helped me avoid buying a lemon of a house!! =both of them stayed in the blazing heat for 30 minutes or more patiently going though the results afterwards also.

Very easy to book services online on tight timeline. Andy came out to inspect a house I am under contract on and did a very thorough job. After going through the house with a fine toothed comb, he walked me through every issue he found and offered reasonable order of priorities that would need to be fixed. He worked with us to get the report written on our short timeline, too. Id recommend Andy and API to anyone looking for a home inspection in Austin. Thanks Andy!

Very happy with the job Austin Property Inspections did on on our home inspection. Scheduling was easy and online. We immediately received a a Google Calendar notification. 24H prior to the inspection, we received a text & email reminder. Our inspection was done by Andy. He was on time, courteous, and easy to work with. Andy was thorough in his inspection, and made detailed notes. He emailed us a written report with photos the same evening. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Very happy that I hired this firm. Heidi showed up early to the inspection, listened to my concerns ( my condo warranty was about to expire), and did a very thorough inspection of my unit. I received a highly detailed report that evening, along with images, and am beyond satisfied with the inspection and service I received.

I have gotten two houses inspected through this company, with a different inspector both times (Samuel and Matt). Both inspectors were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They were able to explain different issues to me and gave me a good idea on how much repairs would cost. They write up the report same day and include pictures. Overall, great experience.

This inspection was great and identified many important issues with the house that I would not have otherwise known about. John was knowledgeable and thorough, as well as very patient in answering my questions and explaining to me what he was checking. The final report was very in-depth, my follow-up emails were answered promptly, and I was able to get larger versions of important pictures when requested.

I had a great experience with API during the inspection for my first home purchase. Andy encouraged me to shadow his inspection from start to finish. During the inspection, he walked me through the good, the bad, and the potential issues I may run into years down the road. APIs rates are competitive and the service was unparalleled. I would recommend them to anyone, especially a first-time home buyer.

My wife and I had the pleasure with working with Cullen three times for two separate homes throughout our home buying process. Each time, he was very prompt and professional with us. The report was detailed with many descriptions and pictures. We even were able to book him for a re-inspection the night before and he came out the next day at 9am! Of course, this is my experience with Cullen specifically, but if the rest of the inspectors are as good as him you cant go wrong.
