Amazing inspector!I really liked his sample report, but the one we got for our home was even better. He is very through, and provides so much information about your home. Also extremely responsive. You can definitely trust Brett with your inspection needs. He took an unbelievable amount of photos and was very through where you want him to be. Brett found multiple issues with the attic, roof, and AC on our new construction that the builder missed, and we would not notice otherwise.

He not only noted items the builder should fix but also noted few items as a home owner I should keep in mind from safety point of view. Even though it was hundred degree heat outside he gave the time necessary to complete the inspection and did not rush through it. When we scheduled the home inspection, we were offered the add on service of flushing our tankless water heater. We did add that service too and we will use him again next year.

Brett performed an inspection for us on a 4500 SF house during the option period. He was responsive to our request, punctual, and timely and thorough in completing the inspection. He deployed technology, including drones to examine a steep roof. He coordinated a specialist to inspect the pool, which was one less thing we had to worry about. He walked us through each area of concern and answered all of our questions. The inspection report was promptly completed and was very detailed; it highlighted several times that needed to be addressed in our negotiation, and ultimately gave us a great deal of confidence in proceeding with a contract. Definitely recommend Brett!

Brett is a great guy and he knows what he is doing. He accepted to inspect a house in north Dallas area that I asked for in a very short time notice in WEEKEND. He spent a good amount of time and checked everything in details. He walked through all the problems of the house and gave me some good comments. The price he asks for is in a good range if you wanna shop around. I recommend him and I will ask him again if I need an inspector in feature. If you are the one who supports small business companies this is the one you should consider!

Great home inspection service! Brett is an experienced architect who brings additional knowledge from that profession to provide a thorough home inspection. He has good eye for materials and structural framing. Atchison was quick to respond to my inspection request and are fairly priced. After the inspection was complete I was provided a full report describing the condition of the house by the end of the day.
