Thanks to David, we learned a lot about the build process but he also caught many things the builder could have potentially skipped.David was readily available, quickly sends the report, and theyre easy to read! Reached out to David for a Final Inspection, we had done our first with him aswell and he provided a discount. David was super nice and walked us through our soon to be home ,and pointed out each thing that would be part of the report. He let us tape over spots that we thought also needed some repairing, and was in no rush! Again David emailed the report to us almost immediately! -

I purchased a new home and was hesitant as to why I needed to get an independent inspection suggested by my realtor.I am so happy I did! David from Anchored Real Estate inspections Contacted me by email and we made arrangements to meet at the home before closing. He prefers the homeowner to be there during the inspection in case we have questions and I really appreciated that because I always have a lot of questions!!He warned me the inspection would be about 1 1/2 to 2 hours because he’s very very thorough. I’ve never purchased a new home before so I really appreciate him explaining all the things that he was checking and why.The builder said they already had their inspectors come and that everything was fine so I was still a little hesitant about spending money for another one, however David is so detail oriented, he noticed a small crack in one of the window frames. It was slowly dripping water into the wall from the sprinkler outside. That could’ve gone on for years before I would’ve noticed, and as you know it may have caused mold in the wall so it was worth it to me just for that!He pointed out several other small things that were not major but needed to be addressed and wrote up a very easy to read report for me and the builder. Unfortunately the builder didn’t have my gas turned on when David came for the inspection so he couldn’t check the stove and gas water heater at that time. He was nice enough to come back after I moved in To make sure everything was working properly.David is very personable, professional, and super detail oriented! He was very affordable and worth every penny!Thank you David I highly recommend him for any inspection!! -
