    My fiancé and I built our first home together and hired Allegiance Residential Inspections, Lewis, to complete a three-phase inspection. For anyone who has built a home, you know how stressful the building process is. Most builders only have their best interest in mind and wont always listen to the little guy with no knowledge in the industry. Lewis removed so much stress for our family. He had our best interest in mind at each step of our process. He provided us with a voice when our builder made it appear that we did not have a voice. Lewis’ reports were very detailed and his inspections caught things that were undetected by our builder. In my opinion, I believe that Lewis saved us money by catching issues that would have potentially been extremely costly had they went unfixed. He was extremely quick to respond and available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. He showed that he cared about us and that we werent just a number to him.     Very detailed oriented and professional, I was call the night before the inspection and given time frames. When I arrived at the time given Lewis was finishing up and walked me through the entire detailed report. My family and I are buying a brand new newly constructed home by a well known builder, Lewis went through our house from top to bottom and provided us peace of mind knowing we don’t have to worry about missing things during our final walk through.
